damaged & Lost Packages

If your order arrives with damaged products, I am happy to refund or replace, just email me a photo along with your order number.

If a letter with a stamp lost in the mail, unfortunately that is something I don't have control over. When packages have tracking, we are able to digitally monitor their shipment progress, which is the best way to stay on top of your order and make sure that we know where it is :)

cancellation policy

You are welcome to request a cancellation anytime before your order is shipped. If you have been emailed a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel. After a successful cancellation, funds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account

returns / exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible, but shipping an item back to me, as well as the cost to ship the new item, must be covered by the customer (typically $10-15 for both labels). I can only ship the new item once the old item arrives safely to my studio.

incorrect order

Since everything at cardinalcrowns is packaged and shipped by hand, mistakes can happen! I am so grateful for your understanding and support for this one-woman operation, and endeavor to fix order errors however I can, whether that be a refund or replacement. Any extra items added by mistake are yours to keep!
